Our one-on-one coaching sessions will focus on:

The Awakening Your Inner Muse Intensive coaching program turns the volume up on creativity. You do not need to be an artist, an aspiring artist or even consider yourself "artistic," "creative" or "crafty" to awaken your inner muse! If you are are dedicated to deeper introspection, willing to take bold risks to make breakthrough changes and ready to explore new perspectives in playful, out-of-the-box ways, then Awakening Your Inner Muse is for YOU!

A completely tailored program designed to help you unleash your creativity in all aspects of your life with more personal, one-on-one attention.

We'll cover the same ground as we would in the Unfolding Your Life Vision coaching package PLUS we'll create more space for:

Longer in-person sessions to fully experience and embody your creative flow
Accelerating your capacity to access your innate wisdom
Sparking innovative solutions to your personal and professional challenges
Stretching your boundaries and expanding your vision

Spot Coaching - 40-minute session (two per year for new clients only)

Interested in coaching, but want to test the waters on a particular topic before making a bigger commitment? One or two spot coaching sessions are a great way to get support on a specific, focused issue or topic.

Investment: $95/session (offer good on two sessions per year for new clients only)

Art Visioning Sessions

Our interactive, stand-alone art visioning sessions are perfect for existing clients wanting to delve deeper, or anyone interested in personalized face-to-face creative time to explore your life and goals. Also, if you have a specific artistic endeavor in mind — perhaps a collage or painting — we can design a custom art visioning session just for you!

All in-person 90 mininute art visioning sessions include prep work, on-on-one coaching, hands-on art instruction and supplies, and follow-up e-mail coaching support.

Manifestation session — Create a wish box and make your dreams come true. We'll tap into your big dream and design your own wish box to reflect and hold your heart's desires.
Gratitude session — Create a blessings box and design a gratitude ritual. When you're thankful for the blessings in your life, you'll attract more positive energy and opportunities.
Unfolding your life vision session (collage book) — Create a visual journal of your life. This portable work of art will serve as a visual reminder of your own values, goals and vision. Tell the story of who you are and who you are becoming.

Art Guidance Coaching - 1-hour session via phone and website

You'll discover new perspectives and creative solutions around your particular issue at hand with Art Guidance Coaching. Imagine viewing colorful, compelling abstract artwork in new and different ways. This collaborative web-based visual tool sparks innovative ideas and offers options steeped in your intuitive wisdom.
