Unfolding Your Life Vision® Coaching Package
A completely tailored program designed to help you gain clarity and build steady momentum toward your goals. We'll incorporate coaching tools for success with creative approaches to help you live your best life yet!
Our one-on-one coaching sessions will focus on:
- Articulating and living your core values
- Authoring your life purpose and legacy
- Identifying barriers and creating effective strategies to move forward
- Designing goals and action plans aligned with what's most important to you
Includes:
- Four 30-minute coaching sessions by phone per month
- Personalized weekly assignments to move you into action
- Journaling inquiries to deepen your learning
- Creative projects to tap into your intuition
- Forms, worksheets and resources
- Creativity catalyst kit
- E-mail correspondence (response within 48 hours during weekdays)
Investment: $450/month for a minimum commitment of three months
Awakening Your Inner Muse Intensive Coaching Package
The Awakening Your Inner Muse Intensive coaching program turns the volume up on creativity. You do not need to be an artist, an aspiring artist or even consider yourself "artistic," "creative" or "crafty" to awaken your inner muse! If you are are dedicated to deeper introspection, willing to take bold risks to make breakthrough changes and ready to explore new perspectives in playful, out-of-the-box ways, then Awakening Your Inner Muse is for YOU!
A completely tailored program designed to help you unleash your creativity in all aspects of your life with more personal, one-on-one attention.
We'll cover the same ground as we would in the Unfolding Your Life Vision coaching package PLUS we'll create more space for:
- Longer in-person sessions to fully experience and embody your creative flow
- Accelerating your capacity to access your innate wisdom
- Sparking innovative solutions to your personal and professional challenges
- Stretching your boundaries and expanding your vision
- Inviting in even more fun, lightness and play
Includes:
- Three 30-minute coaching sessions by phone per month
- One in-person 90-minute coaching/expressive arts envisioning session per month (for Bay Area residents); includes art supplies and creative, experiential exercises individually designed to awaken your inner muse

Spot Coaching - 40-minute session (two per year for new clients only)
Interested in coaching, but want to test the waters on a particular topic before making a bigger commitment? One or two spot coaching sessions can be a great way to get support on a specific, focused issue or topic.
Investment: $95/session (offer good on two sessions per year for new clients only)

Mentoring for Coaches - 40-minute session (one session only)
Are you a new or aspiring coach looking for guidance in growing your practice? Do you love to coach, but are not as comfortable with the business, branding, marketing and sales side of the work?
Many new coaches have sought my advice when they're just starting out or wanting to take their practice to the next level. In our mentoring session, ask your burning questions and find out about the challenges I've overcome and the approaches that have been successful in my business.
Ideal for a new coach seeking insights and resources. This is not a coaching session, but rather an information-sharing call where you get to pick my brain and learn from my experiences. If you'd like to partner together in building your coaching business or completing your coaching certification, we can follow-up our mentoring session with ongoing coaching designed to fit your unique needs.
Includes:
- A brief pre-session needs assessment via e-mail to help me tailor the mentoring to your specific questions. I can be of better service to you when I know a bit about you and where you want to go with your business.
- A four-page handout of resources I've found helpful for building a coaching practice.
- Suggestions of specific action steps, resources, referrals and/or contacts based on your needs.
