Returns or Refunds

Tangible Goods. If you would like to return an order of a physical product such as the Unfolding Your Life Vision® Kit, email info @ artizencoaching.com with your first name, last name, email address, shipping address and order date. Include the reason for your return. When approved, you will receive an authorization number. You must write this number on the outside of the box/envelope used for the return. We will not accept any returns without an authorization number.

Returned goods must be in original, new condition. Returns must be shipped within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. After 10 days, returns will not be accepted for any reason. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Courses and Downloadable Products. There are no refunds on workshops, e-Courses, and downloadable products. For events, if for some reason you cannot attend an e-Course or workshop during your scheduled time, you can transfer your spot to another person before the course begins or you can use your registration fee as credit toward a future offering of the same or similar event.
